Renewable Heating Technology for Domestic Applications

Mitsubishi Ecodan

The Ecodan air source heat pump system consists of an external box which is fitted to your outside wall. It harvests renewable, low grade energy from the outdoor air and upgrades this into useful heat to supply a home with hot water and heating.

For every 1kW of electricity fed into Ecodan, you will get at least 3kW of heating energy and it can work efficiently all year round even if the outdoor temperature should drop to -15ºC.

Daikin Altherma is a total domestic heating and hot water system based on heat pump technology. It is 3 times more efficient than the most economical traditional fossil fuel boiler, making it an extremely cost effective alternative.

As well as providing hot water and heating for your home, Daikin Altherma also has a cooling option, making it a complete climate control solution.

Saving You Money

Daikin Altherma heat pumps produce heat for warming our homes and hot water, absolutely free from the outside air, so you could save on average £270 per year on fuel costs compared with running an A-rated boiler.

Daikin heating systems are more than capable of delivering all of a home's heating and hot water requirements throughout the year - even when the temperature outside is down to -200C.
